Orders are dispatched within one to two working days. Delivery across the EU usually takes a further five to ten working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

No. All prices shown already include VAT, and there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind, and you don't have to explain why. Items need to be unopened with any hygiene seal intact.
That's on us. Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery. You don't pay return postage in that case.
Animal testing for cosmetics is banned in the European Union, and that applies to everything we sell here.
